HIRING NOW – SERVICE CREW / KITCHEN CREW / DISHWASHING

Location: Tampines East MRT + 12 locations islandwide, Singapore
Employment: Part Time / Full Time / Contract
Working Hours: Shift Work
Salary: $14–$18/hour

SERVICE CREW – FOH • Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly
• Clear and clean tables
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Handle cashier duties when required
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Able to grill meat for Korean BBQ may receive higher salary

KITCHEN CREW – BOH • Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, portioning and marinating
• Assist chefs with cooking and food plating
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation areas
• Receive and store food supplies properly
• Assist with stock management and FIFO rotation
• Dispose of waste safely
• Follow NEA/SFA food safety and hygiene standards

DISHWASHING • Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Keep dishwashing area, sinks, drains and floors clean
• Clear food waste and empty rubbish bins
• Handle recycling and cardboard waste
• Maintain proper hygiene throughout the shift

REQUIREMENTS • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (FHC) required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
