JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Permanent Part-Time Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our office premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily cleaning duties and ensuring that all assigned office areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable. This position is suitable for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can complete daily cleaning tasks with minimal supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the office on a daily basis.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floor areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Clean and maintain the staircase and other assigned areas.
• Perform toilet washing and ensure toilets are kept clean and sanitary.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and maintain the pantry area on a daily basis.
• Dust and wipe office desks, meeting tables, shelves, and other surfaces.
• Clean frequently touched areas and surfaces regularly.
• Ensure common areas, workspaces, and assigned areas are neat and well maintained.
• Follow the company’s cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Report any cleaning-related issues or maintenance concerns to the supervisor when necessary.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This is a permanent part-time position with a regular 5-day work schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be physically fit and able to perform daily cleaning duties.
• Must be able to climb one flight of stairs.
• Able to lift and handle mop buckets and basic cleaning equipment.
• Must be comfortable performing toilet washing and other general cleaning duties.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good work attitude and attention to cleanliness.
• Previous office cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Seniors are welcome to apply.
• Foreigners requiring a Work Pass need not apply.
