JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Hospitality Crew member, you will assist with various activities related to hotel functions, F&B operations, and events. Your specific duties may vary depending on the assigned location and type of event.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with event setup and preparation before guests arrive.
• Arranging tables, chairs, service areas, and other event equipment.
• Supporting food and beverage service during functions and events.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assisting guests with general requests and directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Clearing used plates, glasses, and other service items when required.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assigned work area.
• Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Following instructions from supervisors and event coordinators.
• Assisting with event breakdown and clearing the work area after an event.
• Maintaining proper hygiene and service standards throughout the shift.
• Working cooperatively with other crew members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Hospitality Crew may be assigned to different hotels, event venues, F&B establishments, functions, and other hospitality-related locations across Singapore. Work duties and responsibilities may differ depending on the venue and event requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with guests and other team members. Good teamwork, a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important qualities for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
