JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team as Condo Floater Cleaners in Queenstown. This role is suitable for candidates who take pride in maintaining clean, hygienic and well-organized environments.

As a Condo Floater Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties across different assigned areas. Depending on operational requirements, you may be required to work in common areas, indoor and outdoor spaces, warehouses and other designated locations.

The successful candidate should be responsible, punctual and able to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness while handling different cleaning tasks throughout the working day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises.
• Clean and tidy common areas and shared facilities.
• Carry out cleaning duties in both indoor and outdoor areas as assigned.
• Clean and maintain warehouse areas when required.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe surfaces to ensure areas are properly maintained.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment when required.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly.
• Identify areas that require additional cleaning or attention.
• Perform additional cleaning and support duties according to operational requirements.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and cleaning standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to perform different cleaning duties depending on work requirements.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor areas.
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular cleaning duties.
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but suitable candidates may also be considered.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position.
• 6-day work week.
• Monday to Saturday.
• Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Work location is in the Queenstown area.
• Duties may vary depending on operational requirements and assigned areas.
