CENTRAL KITCHEN BAKER – FULL-TIME / PART-TIME

Location: Hougang, North-East Region, Singapore
Salary: Up to $2700/month
Work Schedule: Shift work
Full-Time / Part-Time positions available

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Bakers to join our Central Kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and producing various bakery products while maintaining cleanliness, food hygiene and quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare ingredients for dough, bread, cakes and other bakery products
• Mix and prepare dough and other ingredients according to requirements
• Shape, assemble and package bakery products
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers and packing machines
• Check products to ensure proper quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
• Follow food safety and workplace procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably at least 1 year of baker or related experience
• Training may be provided depending on experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to handle loads of up to 25kg
• Willing to work shifts and flexible schedules
• Halal and non-halal departments are available

FULL-TIME POSITION

• 6 days per week
• 8 working hours per day, excluding 1-hour break
• Shift work
• No fixed rest days or fixed break times

PART-TIME POSITION

• Minimum 30 hours per week
• 6-hour shift with no break, or 8-hour shift excluding 1-hour break
• Minimum commitment of 3 months
