JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Temporary Healthcare Officers to support daily operations across healthcare facilities in Singapore. This is a 3–6 month contract position suitable for candidates with experience in healthcare, administration, customer service, hospitality or other frontline service environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support frontline patient services, registration and appointment coordination.
• Assist patients and caregivers with general enquiries and provide clear information.
• Support patient triaging, queue management and direct patients to the appropriate service points.
• Manage counter and telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, documentation, record keeping and basic reporting.
• Assist healthcare teams, nurses and clinic staff in maintaining smooth patient flow.
• Support daily operations and provide assistance during busy or peak periods.
• Ensure all information and records are handled accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain a high standard of customer and patient service at all times.
• Follow workplace procedures, operational guidelines and healthcare service standards.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, hospitality or frontline service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating and interacting with patients and caregivers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Responsible, adaptable and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as with nurses, clinic teams and other healthcare staff.
• Willing to work shifts and support operational needs when required.

This is a temporary contract opportunity with a duration of 3 to 6 months, offering candidates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a healthcare environment in Singapore.
